60-80mph & 80-100mph
Got a 335i loaner today and did a couple runs.
60-80mph (3rd) between 3.5 - 3.7 seconds. 80-100mph (3rd and 4th) 2.7 - 3.0 seconds. I was impressed by how strong the acceleration was. |

That's pretty nice for a loaner car. The local dealer here gives out 328i or C class. I test drove a 335i, its a very impressive car. About as fast as our E46 M3s.

"ABOUT as fast as our E46 M3s," but not quite, right? E92 or not, it is still an M and faster than the stock 335. I'm surprised BMW made the 335 so similar to the E46 M3 performance wise, but then again, I suppose they could not let that engine go to waste. My buddy was convinced his 335 was faster, but a simple drag proved otherwise...long live the M
