Hi all,

have been a lurker on here for a while and need some help.

I have a new X3 on order for build in July.
Would love 726 wheels but am concerned by the apparent lack of tyre choice and the very high tyre cost.

I'm not keen on the 787M (too dark) but the tyre choice is much better for later in ownership.

My question... What does everyone else with 21s do? just pay £250 a tyre and look happy or is there a cheaper / better tyre type we can use ?

21" are always going to be expensive tbh. I personnel would not skimp on cheap tyres as its the only thing connecting you with the road.

if cost is a concern stick to the smaller ones.

I dont want to skimp on tyres just wondered if there was an alternative size or manufacturer to the factory fit.

I would rather have 20s than use chinese tyres, I agree gripping the road is quite important most of the time.

There must be a cheaper source of good 21s in the UK...

Nope, there is not. Also seems that prices are raising too
