Interesting morning ......

While @ coffee & cars this AM I was approached by a guy and gal inquiring about my '67 BB Corvette and as it turns out she is the daughter of the original owner ! She has a pic of her in the car at her High school graduation back in '68 and she is going to forward me a pic. I've owned the car for 6 years with little knowledge of it's beginning so she is going to have her brother reach out to me with all the details. One thing she did know was that it was born with the L71 motor(now gone and replaced with a L36 from a '69)

I had to get a pic of her in it today !

That’s so random and interesting. Assuming you bought the car in the same town… because if not, what are the odds…

Maybe she’s ultra rich and wants to give you $500k for her car back..

Best as we can tell the car had two owners between her father and me buying the car 6 years ago. The car supposedly did some time down in Florida before restoration

well it was originally an L71 car but seeing the original motor is long gone it's not worth anywhere near that !
