540d Owners, Check for this leak before your warranty runs out!

I noticed an exhaust smell coming from the engine compartment and stuck my phone down in there to see if I could see anything. Check out right when it ticks to 1:10 in the video.

I am guessing cracked turbo housing, given that there is an exhaust smell but please chime in with thoughts.

I don't see a cracked housing. The only thing I see is a slight leak on the oil return line where it meets the turbo housing. If there was an exhaust leak around the turbo housing/hot side, it would be very loud and noticeable.

I get a really strong smell of exhaust coming from that side of the engine, especially after a cold start. Something is leaking exhaust, but I am not sure what. The top of the part where the oil line bolts to seems to be covered in soot. I may try to get a better video now that I know what I'm looking for.

Update: After some fighting with the dealer, I received a brand new turbo under warranty.
