Any M3/4 Owners Who are Boaters?

With many of us being into "high performance" toys, I figured there has to be some of you who are also into high performance boating (or any boating in general). Here's a pic of my supercharged (Whipple charged) boat….

I'd love to see what you've got if you're a boater. I would have put this in the general "off topic" section, but I thought it would be fun to keep it in the M3/4 family….

It would be extremely difficult to catch fish on that boat.

I've had 5 boats over the years, and I have on order my 7th BMW, a 2023 M4 Competition xDrive Coupe, since buying my first new BMW, a 320i in 1979. My boats ranged in size from 18 to 42 feet and were primarily used for inshore and offshore fishing. Your boat goes great with your M3!

2019 Moomba Helix wakesurf boat. Keep it on a lift at a lake about 40 minutes away. We surf twice a week May-November and have a blast.

People with boats - how did you get into boating? Had other friends or family with boats and you got into it? Or rented boats until it made sense to own?

Boats are nice but I often fall to the adage: the two happiest days of a boat owners life are the day he gets the boat and then the day he sells it.

I got into boats because my dad always had one and I grew up boating my whole life. If you take care of them and stay on top of the maintenance, they don't have to be a pain to own.
