Hold ctrl-key while clicking on the file for a context menu.

Yes you can, get a better mouse or hold the control key. To address your original problem, try renaming the file as there might be special characters embedded in it. If you really want to get technical bring up a terminal and try something like this.

Code:
hawk ~ > find . -name \*sol\* | od -c
0000000 . / s o l - 1 0 - u 4 - c o m p
0000020 a n i o n - g a . i s o \n
0000035
replacing sol with a recognizable part of the file name. If that doesn't work, run the disk permissions utility to fix the permissions on your drive and see if that helps.

also if you have the standard mac mouse... you can go to the apple menu-->system preferences-->mouse (i think) and set up right-clicking there... off by default.

+1 Three button mice work best on OS/X IMO. Seriously though, try renaming the file, and if that doesn't work then Finder->Applications->Utilities->Disk Utility and the repair disk permissions.
