Audio/Bluetooth not working

So this just started this morning, Apple CarPlay won't connect, FM and AM radio won't play, says no source available when I try and adjust the volume or press the volume button, phone won't play music over I drive Bluetooth. Any ideas?

Tried doing a reset of the idrive? (Hold volume button for ~20secs)

Did it a few times and didn't initially work. Tried it again and everything seems to be working again!

I have had this a couple times, using the preset channels set to a radio station seems to reset it for me.
