My salesman was in vacation for two weeks and came back yesterday. Got the email from him that the car had been in production with status 150 after 4 month wait. It is expected to be finished by 9/12 and BMW genius said it might be even earlier.

I plan to finance the car, any suggestions for car loan would be appreciated! Hope everyone get allocation and production number soon!

Try ur local credit union. They seems to have the best rates. Some have tried DCU and Navy credit union and USAA ( if u r a vet). Mostly just looking around ur local credit union and shopping for rates is ur best bet. Congrats on ur car !!!

Did anyone build week go back to 36 wk? I was initially scheduled for 36 and then moved to 37 and now back to 36 week. Just curious

I was still scheduled for week 37 but the status still showed 150 for more than a week.

Im still in status 112. I was of the impression you only go into 150 when your car is being produced. I called the genius line yesterday and they mentioned that Im scheduled to be built the wk of Sept 4th

Any G8x build goes into 150 status a week or two before the actual production.

I guess If I dont get any change by next week, Im gonna be bumped then The genius told me, the next update will be on Sept 4th if my car is going to be produced. I hope they r still correct bout my build week
