Brake Squealing

So my car only has 650 miles and the brakes have been intermittently squealing for a little bit. I have the standard non ceramic brakes. Is this normal?

Yes. It’s normal. There are a lot of threads on the subject if you search.

Yes it is. Mine started the other day. It usually goes away. Hose them down one day when the brakes are cool.

All three sets of pads I've put on started making noise after a few hundred miles. Brake like you mean it a few times and it goes away for me. Air compressor to blow out the dust might have helped too.

It's normal; get the EBC yellow stuff; it will take care of the squealing and improve the stopping power.

Sometimes you can clear brake squeal by doing a couple of hard braking sessions from 60-70mph to 0.
