X7 headrest material

I have not received my X7 nor have I sat inside an X7. I have been watching YouTube videos and noticed that the headrest is not leather but cloth.

Does it seem like the cloth can get dirty from natural oils in our hair and stuff? Can the head rest be taken off and washed? Or is the material not cloth and won't get dirty as easy??

The headrests are all made of Leather or Sensafin depending on what you order. Are you referring to the pillows that come for the second row seats? If so, the second row does come with two pillows that are removable and are made of some cloth/suede material.

The headrests are leather, and the attached pillows are different. I'm not sure what they're made of, but I've got three kids, and they don't get dirty from everyday use. You can easily wipe them off.

The pillows attached to my head rests are Alcântara. Maybe it depends on what your headliner is made of.

Yes, that appears to be what I have as well.
