Run flats replacement question

I have googled and internet says ok to replace run flats with normal on same rims.

I have always thought you could not. My ex wife's Honda odyssey had run flats and I had to buy new rims and tires.

I have an m60i on order with 22 run flats and can still update order since not scheduled yet

What say you…….

the old honda odyssey used the michelin pax system which required special tires, rims and a support insert.

current runflats only need a rim with a retention hump (EH2) which is fully compatible with non runflat tires.
