Seat Memory Issue - 23 40i

No matter how many times I save my current seat and steering column position in either button 1 or button 2 it doesn't take. When I press either button the seat goes all the way back and the steering column extends completely.

Is there some kind of reset needed?

I had some issues with other settings not "taking". It turns out I didn't have a profile set up for the key fob I use.

The memory seat setting is profile dependent. If it defaults to Guest Profile, for example, it won’t have your seat setting saved.

Easiest way is pair your profile with your key. Of course if the other key holder (spouse for example) enters the car first or unlocks with their key, then same issue, your memory seating won’t take unless you program memory seat 1 for all profiles to be your setting.

I'm signed into my driver profile, and my wife and I both use the same key which is connected to the profile. I want to have one of our seat preferences set to 1 and the other to 2. But neither save. Very annoying.

Were you able to resolve this? Having the same issue with my spouse's 22 45e.
