Looking to buy a x3i m40

Hi I currently own a 2013 335 xdrive with "m" package.
Very solid Car. I was looking into a Porsche Macam since I've seen a couple that to my surprise weren't that expensive. But I realize that I can have the x3 M40 that will have the same if not better performance in some aspects. Just worry about if the quality built on the X3 if it's to low compared to mine X5 that feels like a tank.
I've found a couple into the low 40's the ones out of lease seems like. 2018 ,2019.
Any opinions or any help how much I should pay for a 30 , 35 milles? Anithyng that I should be worry about? Is there any Sub trims that I must have or I should look for.?
