Restraint System Message

My vehicle came back from the shop where they did a repaint on the rear quarter panel and rear passenger side door. Upon picking it up this is what I see.

They probably removed some trim and left a plug loose for seat belt or one of the rear/side airbags. Just take it back to them.

I've had it multiple times and sent it to the service center last week. They told me it was the software system and updated the firmware to the latest version. On the very second day, the restraint system warning came back again.

The warning appears intermittently, with or without occupants in their seats. When it shows up, the airbag icons on the dashboard flash. Assuming that the airbags were temporarily disabled, I couldn't ignore the warning and drive away.

After I recycled the start button once or twice, the warning no longer appeared. But again the next day, it came back on me again. I have no clues.
