I can not get in my reset menu

I did my front and back brakes and sensors, I was able to reset the front brakes by pressing start 3 times and holding BC. Now I am trying to reset the rear brakes and when I hit start 3 times and hold bc the reset menu does not come up. ***HELP*** Driving with a wrench light on is driving me crazy

Have you tried holding in the odometer button at the corner of the gauge cluster for 5-10 seconds? I'm not sure if the brakes service interval reset is in that menu, but there are some things in there that are different than what you can see in iDrive.

I have the same issue, but my iDrive is not getting any power.
