Right off the bat here are the mods i'll likely do. Still researching but these seem solid. Any thoughts appreciated.

- 12mm Dinan Spacers front and rear. 15mm seems like too much.
- And the Dinan X Pipe resonator delete pipe for some more aggression/noise.

Congrats. Tie open the valves. Plenty of threads on it. I have the controller on my M3 but tied the valves on my X3M and saved $225.

Congrats. 15mm is perfect in the rear, 12mm front. Skip the xpipe and get a proper midpipe.

One of the 7MN Competition Package option sis the 1MA M Sport Exhaust System. What is this exactly? It's not an M Permance exhaust.

My guess is that it's not much different than the X3 M exhaust maybe a slightly tweaked muffler to produce a bit more sound.

No sir. I absolutely hate sunroofs. I've had nothing but problems with them in the past creaking and leaking.

Gesture control sounds annoying. Many people disable the feature.

HUD would have been nice as a stand alone option. I added the heated steering wheel. Sun shades who cares I have PG or will add tinting. I'm perfectly cable of parking the car myself.

Congrats on your incoming X3MC. Share your disdain for the pano, but would suggest at least rethinking the Exec option as BMW NA made an exception for us F97 Drivers by allowing deletion of the dreaded pano from that pkg, which my wife and I both took advantage of (image attached). The HUD option is huge at least to us and frankly wouldn't get a vehicle nowadays without it. Front and rear heated seats aren't an issue for us in the South but suspect they'd help you in MA. It comes with the heated steering wheel, and the shades are great and always up at least for us. And the Parking Asst Plus depends on the situation and who is driving. My wife uses the Back-up Asst every day so she can focus on the sidewalk and cross-traffic and let the car maneuver the driveway curves when leaving in the morning. I've only used it when driving hers (my 2020 doesn't have it) if in a crowded and busy parking lot where I'm trying to back up by a curb and/or tight spaces with the same vehicles present when I parked, so I can then focus on the cameras looking for pedestrians or oncoming vehicles and let it drive us out of the spot without worrying about curbing or dinging. Rare that I use it, but def adds to my situational awareness in those situations.

Long post, but if your main point in avoiding the Exec was the pano (and missing out on the other potentially positive options that come with that pkg), there's an easy out by just deleting it from your order.
