question on 2008 328i pricing...

So looking to buy a new 3 series...

I found a 2008 328i with 84 miles on it (from dealer test drives)
It has:
Metallic Paint
Leather
Sport Package
Heated Seats
Power Seats
Ipod

MSRP is 41,420. Dealer says list is $38,300. I am currently looking for the list prices from the 08 year...no luck yet.

He is offering it to me at list. I feel that is wayy to expensive. What would be appropriate?

E90, E91, E92 or E93, with the price im guessing E92

its the coupe, so that makes it the E92, right?

I saw some dealers offering 1000 below invoice on 2008 models!

I just got a fully loaded '08 335i at list, I'm haven't heard of anyone going below invoice but if they have enough 328i's they probably would. Look also to put a few thousand down and have them take more off the monthly payment that way, they'll like having some money upfront. Good luck and enjoy.
