Gloss Black diffuser touch up

So I was rear ended and luckily the only part that was impacted was my rear diffuser. And it is pretty much only the width of the other cars license plate.
Thank goodness for the new higher rear diffuser on the 2023 LCI M340i!

The only real damage of concern is the 2 screw imprints/indents on the gloss black flat part.

So my question is this:
  1. Do I fill, sand, use black spray, clear coat spray, and polish to blend?
  2. Or gloss black touch up to build up the little indent and flatten it out and use clear coat if necessary and polish?

Also recommendations on type of paint and clear coat would be appreciated as well!

Thank you in advance!

If you were rear ended, it’s the other driver’s responsibility. I’d take it to a good body shop and run through their insurance.
