whine up noise

Hello

I recently purchase a CPO used 335i sedan. I have a question. Is it normal to have a whine up noise when I go through the rpm when I am driving? Does anybody else have this noise? It kinda sound like a supercharger. I was driving my cousin 335i it was much quiet than mine.

its a turbo car you will hear some high pitch noise... if it sounds like a supercharger then you most likely have a faulty turbo... But im sure your noise is normal
