stock tune N54 fuel mixture codes

I usually scan my dme every once in a while so today i scanned my car right before i parked home. BTW i never got a SES light or any symptoms that seemed unusual car fires right up on cold start and warm idles fine . Not smoking
And i have these codes
2D2E
2A2C
2A2B
29E0
29E1
Index 11 injectors
VRSF charge pipe diverter valves
BMS intercooler
Rb pcv
stock exhaust n cats.
Still on stock tune.
I have recently noticed that theres a oil smell that comes from the cabin. And i looked noticed my Valve cover is leaking at the rear . Related?

Yeah, the valve cover leak or a cracked valve cover can cause lean codes. IIRC I also saw a similar set of codes when my MAP sensor went bad on my old 135.
