H&R spring and spacer question!

I will be installing H&R Springs and Spacers soon as my car is here.
The question I have regarding spacers set up.

I see people are installing 12mm in front / 15mm on rear.

I also see 15mm in front / 12 on rear.

Which is the right way? also best for performance and ride quality?
Thank you

15mm in the front will rub.

Im running 15mm in the front, but I had to upgrade to the RKP G8X M3 / M4 Enhanced Clearance Front Liner Set

Thank you, with 12 in the front does it need shaving?

Most say no; my experience was different.

I had to go down from 12 to 10mm at one point because it was rubbing.

To be on the safe side, I used H&R 11mm all around. With MPS4S no rubbing of course. Visually, the rear wheels are perfectly flush while the front wheels still need 2-3mm. I have the 826 black wheels.

I'm lowered on H&R Sports and have 15mm all around (with Pirellis). Had rubbing up front when reversing and turning, trimmed the fins in the wheel well and its gone.... rear only rubs very little if hitting a big dip in the road at high speeds.

Brand of tires also changes the spacer size you can use without rubbing. I have pirelli tires and I could only go 12mm all the way around.

H&R Super Sports with 12mm front and 15mm rear. I'm actually thinking of swapping them around to put the 15mm in front and 12mm in rear as looks wise, it would be flusher all around. I did rub with PZeros in front in the common place and trimmed the half of the fins and installed mesh for cooler protection.

Did you rub at all with 12mm? Is it safer to go with 10?
