My review M2C GTS Hood mounted

Hi !

Today i finished with the GTS hood. I dont know the brand but its Def. Chinese or something like that.

Material = Aluminium
Fitment = 8/10.
Looks = a must do
Price = +- 750€ /$

Adjustment fine. Some parts needed to go on place. Just a little side is a bit off, but you have to look at it very close. In Real World nobody will notice it. Far from oem quality.
The little plastic vent is crap. We painted it the same Black looks better than the plastic. It doesnt really snap inside the cut. I will change it for an OEM or a Carbon fiber.

My final thought. Buy it ! Wont go back to stock.

I will post better pics

that hood to bumper gap would drive me nuts. especially on a lighter colored car.

It's pretty simple to adjust, just some clips and bolts up front, a 15 minute affair.

The problem with mine isn't the front gap, it's the sides that are inconsistent. Oh well, looks the business IMO.

Wow! Definitely makes the car more aggressive looking. I didn't notice the gap until someone mentioned it but now I cannot un-see it. At least it seems like a relatively easy fix.

I absolutely love my GTS hood (Suvneer brand).

All the gaps can be completely eliminated by tweaking the font bumper, headlight and fender adjustment bolts and a couple washers here and there.

That said, I can't stress this enough... DO NOT buy the CF vent from the brand you bought the hood from. Regardless of the brand, I suspect all these aluminum GTShoods/vents are produced in the same place and in terms of fitment, the vent provided is complete garbage. The CF vent Suvneer sold me was actually worse than the black plastic vent they initially provided. And they wouldn't refund me for it when it didn't work. Pretty infuriating.

I ended up getting the BMW OEM GTS vent (P/N: 41-61-8-068-158) and the fit/finish is flawless.
