HELP coffee underneath passenger chair
heres the deal my fatass family wanted coffee in the morning long story short the coffee went flying underneath the seat opened up and spilled itself right into this mesh (speaker looking thing) underneath the passenger chair i dont know if this is ganna cause a short or if i half to open it up with a screwdriver and suck the coffee out with a vaccum please help
p.s. it looks like i have to remove the chair to pop off the cap o ya its a 335i sedan |

That's the subwoofer under the chair if you have L7. Easiest solution: let it dry, hope it works.
Thorough solution: disconnect the power, open it up, discharge the capacitors, wash away coffee, gently wet dry out the water, let it dry for a week, and put it back together. Guaranteed solution: go to the dealer and buy another sub. |

If you have the L7 and the woofer is damaged this would be a good opportunity to upgrade the woofer. Check the audio section of the forum for details, I'm sure it would be much cheaper than getting another OEM one from the stealer.
