Weight Reduction Guide

Hello all,

I gutted my x3m and weighed everything so you don't have to. Taking everything out is very easy. Few torx and your set.

all weight were done with a scale and me comparing it to myself.

Front Seat(heated and ac) 60lbs
Rear upper(heated) 54lbs
Rear bench (heated) 14lbs
6 side pieces(seat bolsters rear, trunk side pull out and trunk side pieces) 1.5lbs to 2lbs each
Trunk lid 8lbs
trunk privacy shade 8lbs
trunk hole liner 4.5lbs
3 floor mats(not inc driver) 2.5lbs

total about 160lbs

my car weighed 4175 without me. No sunroof no spare 6/8 tank of gas

married with a 5 month old...been doing this since I was a kid...31 now...not slowing down.

Not yet. It's on my agenda this year. My local tracks dont have scales so I have to travel a little ways to a CAT scale.

4600 would probably be with sun roof spare ect.
