Bouncing over bumpy road

I have a 230i with only 4k km on it and full m sport suspension. But for the last 300-400 km i feel like the car is bouncing alot over uneven roads. On a smooth highway surface everything seems fine but on my commute to work there is a bumpier section and here i've noticed alot of bouncing. You can clearly see the headlights going up and down every 0.5+-sec.
I didnt hit anything that i know that could have caused it and i find it hard to believe the shocks are going bad after only 4k km .
