X3M 36 months from new review
So I purchase this new with 26 miles in Anchorage. It’s quite a story so you might want to sit down for this one.
BMW of Anchorage left the vehicle outside from November until April when I purchased it. Unfortunately you cannot leave the continental tires outside on the vehicle when it freezes, it’s a racing compound and they’re essentially plastic tires, the weather destroyed them. About two weeks later after the initial purchase, noticed the cracking in the tires through and through. They had to replace the set which they did not like doing. During the replacement of the set the damage two wheels and scratched a front brake caliper essentially $3000 in damage. The general manager said I’ll give you some touchup paint for the brake caliper I’m not gonna do anything about the wheels. Within received an email, BMW of Anchorage had made a decision that they’re not gonna work on our vehicle any longer and unfortunately BMW Anchorage is the only BMW dealer in Alaska. So for the last two years we had to ship the car to Seattle to get it checked to make sure the warranty stayed in place. $5000 each trip. Somehow Bmw Of North America was OK with this. The regional manager Richard Kumar made the decision to not let anyone work on my vehicle at any dealer without first contacting the regional manager wherever the car is. Who does this? This will be my last new BMW I haven’t bought many and after this escapade whole keep this one and find something else to drive. Bmw Of North America does not care either. Unfortunately the brand is looking Japanese these days and I’m really not interested in that look. I bought my first one at 16 years old I just turned 60 and have had over 100 BMW’s. I guess that’s why they don’t like me it’s because I’m picky about my cars and if there’s a problem I’ll dump it and move onto the next one. No more, I moved the car to Arizona.… |

That's a nice X3 M base. I'm sure there will be lots of great roads in AZ for you to enjoy it more now...

I'm sorry for the trouble you had but I wouldn't really consider this a review....
