week 24 individual denied

Just got a text saying they can’t accept any individual orders I have to wait for 2024 production if I want individual. Anyone else go through this? And how long until 24s are produced?

MY24 production begins in July.

are we talking about a new or existing order? If existing when was it submitted?

I am suppose to be week 24 for production. So that should be mid June. I did NOT order individual color

So you submitted the order and then you tried to change the color to individual? Sorry if I am not getting what you are saying

I submitted it about a month ago got a production number around the end of April. I requested a Individual color last week the dealer got back to me today saying that bmw are not accepting anymore individual orders for MY23

Yeah too late for individual. Cutoff was april i think

If I'm still in status 111, individual paint at time of the order, will they accept a color change?

I'm going to say no because they'd have to cancel the request, then put in a new request for paint--and it's too late for that for MY23

Well it’s a bit of a tricky one because I got direct approval for a color from corporate level and my dealer never made the change, instead submitted the color that was on my original 2021 order that got screwed up.

Honestly I’m cool with either one but it’s annoying nonetheless.
