One Wheel Protrudes More Than The Other After Spacers

It was hard for me to title this thread so bear with me.

Curious if anyone noticed this. Went 15F/12R. Before anyone asks, I double and triple checked installation and parts.

Passenger side rear wheel sticks out about 2-3mm more than the drivers side by the fender. It's barely noticeable but I can tell - confirmed after measuring. It's easier to tell now that spacers are on and one wheel is flush and the other one is off by a hair, so to speak.

Could this be an alignment issue or just a factory tolerance type-of-thing? Anyone else notice anything like this?

Fronts are as they should be.

If both rear spacers are measuring 12mm then it seems like it is most likely alignment related... it's possible the passenger rear has less camber than the driver's side, causing the top of the wheel to stick out a bit more. Factory alignments can be pretty off sometimes.

If you didn't measure the spacers with a caliper it's also possible that one 12mm is a mislabeled 15.

Have you swapped the spacers from one wheel to another to see if the problem follows the spacer itself?

Nah, I haven't. Didn't see a need since I measured them and they were exact. I pretty much chalked it up as a bad factory alignment.

It's getting 20s and a drop in the front soon and I'll have an alignment done. I'll update this thread then.

Where are you purchasing the 20’s? I am also in the market so I can run a square setup. Thanks for any help.
