NOT buying this yet since its discontinued but mainly, close to £5k! For one.

Its the Canon EF 200mm f/1.8L USM. Now for anyone who shoots with a DSLR, you know that 1.8 lenses are fast, longer 2.8 lenses tend to cost a crap load, renting this for a few days. CANT WAIT!!!!

I cant wait either. I could potentially be the ONLY one in the UK with one for the weekend. Most likely for the whole of London.I just need to wait for the acceptance now.

Yeah!!! This is seriously a monster lens.

They replaced it with the 200 f2L IS which I am going to consider next. This lens has been discontinued(2003) for a while but after going through it all, its mine for three days hire and a 2x TC for £88. Not half bad considering the stature of this beast. Lets hope my back can keep up!
