Wondering if folks have insights into BMW’s decision to go complete non run flats on the G60 platform.
Did they optimize the chassis and drive for the non run flats? No steel support in the tires would mean lighter tires and better efficiency? We know a lot of us hate runflats but there are upsides to them when you are really stranded. Seen some members complain how their G3x cars don’t handle that well on the non run flats (except Michelin PS4S). Thoughts?

Good info the G30 has been performing well on conventional tires.
Seems like it wasn’t an option in North America for any MY shipped from factory.
