Yeah just got used to running around with top down,

musnt forget to put sunscreen on as I had eczema and psoriasis
and damn if I forgot one more thing

woke up runny itchy nose sneezing.. break out the desloratadine aka claritin

God cant get a break, either nose and skin probs or have to screw around with getting snow of the car and clearing the driveway

can there be at LEAST a sweet spot, maybe a month or so, where I can just be normal and happy LOL

You may be built backwards if your nose runs and your feet smell. The good thing about the season with snow is the lack of mosquitoes.

In Southern California it seems to always be allergy season!

I've had a lifetime of severe seasonal allergies. Pills help relieve ~50% but I was still a snotting and sneezing mess. Years ago I started making and consuming Kefir for other reasons. A welcome side effect was an almost complete disappearance of seasonal allergies. It didn't work like a pill, you can't drink it one day and expect instant results. I need to consume it daily. I never tried store bought Kefir so don't know if it is as effective.

Been in SoCal my whole life. Never had allergies. Guess I'm lucky.
