Bolster Protector Carbon Bucket G87
Sorry if this post was already created - cannot seem to search properly on forum at moment..... Are there any specific Carbon Bucket Seat bolster protectors specific to the new M2 out yet? I see black/black on IND but it doesn't make mention yet of the M2.
Anyone have any insights as I'd like to get a jump on this before it is too late to protect. Thanks everyone!

I had to google it. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen (worse than the steering wheel covers).
But if that’s your jam, they should fit since I believe the seats are the same across G8X cars. |

At least for the driver's door entry side where highest abrasion will occur. My regular leather in my last M2 and current X5M has started to wear around the 20,000 mile mark.

It is better to learn how to enter and get out of the car. It's not so complicated. I made a video of it:

Pro tip: don’t say “sorry about my accent” or “my English”, your English is perfect. I used to use my elbow to get out of my E90, and I “think” it caused a rupture in the door seal where my elbow hit. I found a used rubber seal for $10, but a new one was over $200. That said, it took almost 10 years for that to develop. And the price of the rubber seal is less than the ugly seat protectors. I like your method! |
