Considering Zunsport Grill Guards

Zunsport makes grill inserts for the front grill openings to minimize debris getting in. I have them on my Cayman and the install was simple and they are very functional.
I was wondering if anyone was running then or something similar.
This is for the LCI but an interested in experience on any other model too.

Interesting find and thanks for sharing.

Cosmetically, in my opinion, I think the mesh takes away from the look of the front end.

Have these exposed inlets really been an issue though?

^ my F80 picked up a metal shard which punctured the radiator, though I think it might still have gone through those grids pictured above.

And that's a valid point. On my Cayman it's useful since I track the car and the intercooler is open to debris.
Not sure if it's an issue with the X3

These look like nice units. Do they offer a pre-LCI version too?

I don't see it on their website. Might be worth reaching out to them.
