2024 x7 with several paint flaws

Has anyone has any issues with new x7 paint. I have several specks- look like dust/ debris under paint on top center of hood. I’m noticed until I was waxing in lighted garage and picked them up. Definitely not from road and they are not chips. Any advice or home solutions. Thanks.

bring it back to the dealer. should be covered under warranty if its dirt or debris under the paint
