As a good amount of us are waiting for our orders, I'm curious who has the longest wait? Anyone waited 2 years? More? I've got M3 xComp Drive deposit down last month waiting for allocation..

2 years?? That’s insane. I know Canada is a bit different but my 23’ individual took me 5 months from deposit to my house and my 24’ took 3 weeks from deposit to at port.

I hope nobody is waiting past 6 months for these things. That’s ridiculous on BMW’s part if that’s the case.

I waited 10 months on waitlist.. started as number 7 and just got a allocation last month. I should have the car in a month or so... just about 1 year total for me

I had BMW in Las vegas tell me it could be up to 2 years...Did NOT go with them for my order lol

I was on waitlist for 8 months, got an allocation for a 23, had buckets so was delayed and got converted to a 24. Car is on a boat now scheduled to land in Baltimore on 15AUG. So I’d say total will be 1 year and 1 month.

Mine was something like 18 months. However it was for my 2nd G80 , I was already driving one , and it was during the peak of markups and I was getting an allocation at msrp so just continued waiting patiently. Then once allocated, bmw rescheduled my production week 3 or 4 times, one of the delays was multiple months.

Joined my dealer's waitlist last June and just got an allocation so 14 months plus another couple I'd imagine since I'm going individual. My place last year was 30th at my dealer.. Wished I put my name at multiple places, mistake on my part

I’m hoping that I’m not the longest, but put $$ down back in November 2022. It’s a damn shame we have to wait for a car this long.

I placed my order December 2021. The wrong car was delivered December 2022.
Reorder was placed February 2022. The correct car is currently on a boat, expected to take delivery in September 2023.

you're kidding right? What was wrong? Paint? interior? or everything? Did they give you a loaner car to use in the meantime?

wrong paint, wrong seats, missing options. No loaner but I didn't expect or ask for that.

8 months but I got an allocation from someone who cancelled last minute. It's apparently much shorter now that no one has disposable income.

Put my name down. 6 months later no movement. I just ordered it from somewhere else. just under 3 months from order to my garage.

I put a deposit down last August when I picked up my X3M Comp. I was #8 in line at the time. ive decided to wait for the first '25 LCI allocation my dealer gets. So it will be 2 yrs for me by then. But it's by choice. I didnt think I would enjoy the X3M as much as I have. Enough so , that I think I will end up keeping them both.

I reached out to DayBroker and told me I could have one if I wanted (build starting in September) for $800ish broker fee + coming out of either NJ or NY. Honestly not bad considering but I plan to Hold Steady. If I get the LCI 2025 M3 Comp Sedan then that works too.
