Performance Center Delivery UNAVAILABLE for all imported cars

BMW released an interesting bulletin recently regarding performance center deliveries. Pretty much states that starting Sept. 1, all performance center deliveries are for vehicle built at the Spartanburg plant only. So basically you have until Sept. 1st to reserve a spot for PCD. Apparently, this doesn't affect the New Owner's Track Drive experience. Not sure how long this will be in effect, and I'm not sure the reason as to why they're making this change...
