2023 X1 Floormats

Hey everyone,
I just got my 2023 X1. I really love it.

I am looking for some new floormats. I have noticed that the big companies like Weathertech and Husky don't yet make mats specific to this model yet.

What is everyone using?

Has anyone tried the TuxMat? They do make specific for 2023 model and look pretty good.

Suggest the 3D Mats, Have them in my VW for 8 yrs and still look like new. They hold the water so your trousers aren't sitting in it, hose down and shake dry and good to go.

I went with the BMW “liners” 5147 5A50921 and 5A50922. Similar to a weather tech mat.

I also got the BMW liners (including the trunk liner). I asked for them when I took delivery and to my surprise they included them at no extra charge. I've been pretty happy with them.

Has anyone picked up the OEM mats yet? We are going to get the OEMs or Tuxmat.

Just the floor mats. They were only offering the lower trunk liner when I ordered. Will likely order the upper trunk liner after Christmas.

Glad I found this thread...was planning on getting Weathertech floor liners for my 23 X1 but per above, not available? Those TuxMats do look quite nice. I wonder if I can get a deal on the OEM liners...I only really need front seat and trunk. Hmm, maybe I'll ask about any deals on them when I visit dealer next week.

Let me know if you have any questions or want any pictures. I actually also bought the BMW front and rear U11 X1 all weather rubber floor mats (51-47-5-A2D-A74 & 51-47-5-A2D-A75) and have them installed on top of the Tuxmats. This is likely way overkill, but I ski a lot and my local ski hill has a gravel parking lot resulting in a lot of sand and gravel tracked in during the winter. Having both gives me the thorough protection of the Tuxmat with the ability to occasionally remove the matt to empty it.

Of note, I did finally pull the trigger on the Tuxmat upper trunk liner. Should be here next week, will try to report back.

Here are a few. Granted I'm not a photographer and my car is dirty. From my experience, the creases in the Tuxmats disappear after warm summer weather. Will post pictures of the trunk mat once I have it.

If anyone happens to be interested in some front and back TuxMats for their X1, I think I’m gonna be selling mine.

Just installed today and I just don’t love the look. I will likely go with the BMW all weather mats instead.

DM me if you’re interested.

Finally got around to taking some pictures of the TuxMat trunk liner. Like the seat-back protectors and the mat. Not in love with how it doesn't contour down by the side storage pockets (guessing they did that to hold in any water/spills).

I'm in the upper midwest, so I feel like I need protection like this (and the mats) because of skis/snowboards and snow/slop in general.
