I've never seen one I would recommend. At best they are for tiny dogs under 50 lbs. I wouldn't trust them with a normal sized dog.
If just seat protection will work I am partial to Covercraft. https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/canine-covers |

We have this one that we use for our Samoyed. We have no complaints as it does a nice job covering the back seat and he’s able to sleep without being able to fall onto the floor

We started with the standard size as we originally bought this for our SQ5. You can get away with the standard size in the X5, but it leaves the edges of the seat backs exposed as it’s not wide enough. Ended up ordering the XL as well to get the extra protection

I use this one YJGF Back Seat Extender and really appreciate that it has a solid "floor" that gives the pup more room. It fit perfectly in my X3 and is maybe a few inches narrower than I'd like on the X5, but with the side sections up it really doesn't matter.

I also just use generic ones from amazon. Eg Vailge Dog Car Seat Covers, 100%... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DCT6SPY
It fits great in the 2022 X5, and my 65lb dog likes it. |

The couple times I carry my dog (to the vet or groomer), I use a kennel in the boot. He survives and so does my car. Don't need drool and chuff all over the windows and door panels.

I have one from Orvis that’s about 3 years old. It’s very heavy duty and has held up much better than the cheap ones my wife uses in her car (we have a 55 lb golden). Attached is a picture of the Orvis hammock, size Large, in my 50e.
