Can't remove paddle shifter connectors

Hi does anyone has a trick to remove these connectors for the paddle shifter thanks

Update

Actually was able to get them out, but one of the connectors got a little roughed up. Is it still usable ?

Probably fine as long as you didn't pull a wire out of it's pin. Those connectors are hard to get out!!!
