Ground clearance

Maybe this has been discussed many times but, what is the ground clearance of the X1? I see many conflicting numbers on the internet.

I know that M suspension is 15mm lower than the normal one.

Thank you

BMW lists it clearly on their site
x1 U11 normal = 20 cm
M version 1,5 cm lower

I weigh 217 pounds. A couple of months ago, I asked a friend to check the ground clearance with me sitting in the driver's seat. (X1 with M Sport suspension, the car had about 1200 miles at that time) We measure from the bottom of the front bumper to the ground.

My 217 pounds lowers the front of the car by about 7/8 inch.

My friend weigh 182. When he sits in the X1, it only lowers the front by 5/8 inch.

(useless data, but I figured someone might be interested)

It sounds a lot of compression. So with a loaded car the clearance on an M easily becomes 16cm

in that case, my X1 with M Sport suspension must be riding even lower now.... my test was done a couple of months ago..... after just 2 months, I somehow went from 217 pounds to 227 pounds.
