437m's NOT lowered best tire size?

I'm on stock suspension, and not planning on lowering.
My current tire sizes are 255/35/19 & 275/35/19
Looked at the 437m thread but everyone is lowered, is there any way to make these less stick out, without lowering? The rears stick out and fronts also
