Nissan GT-R Fans Will Love This: 7:38 round the Nurburgring
Not wow'd by the engine sound, if I am honest. Still, that is a very impressive time.

I still have my doubts about it. There is no way the GT-R will have that kind of performance for 70k, its probably the lighter but more expensive trims that can approach that kind of time. And that was not a manual in the vid...

I'm very disappointed this is the best Japan has to offer.
They trying to beat porsche turbos , but porsche came out with GT2. If Nissan can finally do a engine right like HONDA, and lose some weight from the 4wd system, and the rear seats, then I'll be impressed. Don't go putting 4 seats on a car that only has 2 doors. |

Honda engine doesn't need to big of a torque , it has vtec.
As far as I can tell on Nurburgring it will be within vtec area. Make the engine a bit bigger , and knowing that its Honda, it will push the engine efficiency and pull out as much power necessary from that displacement. |

Well my oppinion would be different from what most of you would be.
We probably have different driving styles. I personally feel Turbo cars (not hagging on 135i) are not great at all. I like Honda engines is because they push the limits of their displacement. They also win races in F1. Nissan not so much. |

Oh, and let's not forget that for the brief period of time that turbos were allowed in F1, they completely dominated the series. |
