Interior window switch & door pull swap

acg2002us Private 9 Rep 88 Posts Drives: 2010 328ix Join Date: Feb 2023 Location: Kansas City iTrader: (0) Garage List [0.00] [0.00]	My driver side window switch surround and door pull are looking worse for wear so I ordered a replacement off amazon (see pic). Besides obviously taking the door panel off what do I got to do to make this successfull? Thanks in advance Attached Images
