Slipping clutch after SMF conversion

Hello,

I have this issue with my 320d M47, i just changed my clutch because of the wear and i used a borg & beck (HKF1076) single mass flywheel kit which is compatible.
I correctly installed it and all then after all that I decided to test it but as soon as i tried to move the car the clutch pedal felt very heavy and didn’t seem to release up on till the very top then it moved so as i got on the road I struggled to put it in first gear and then when i did it was moving but when i press the throttle it would just start slipping and gets worse in 2nd and 3rd gear.
I have a feeling it has nothing to do with the clutch I installed do you guys know what it could be?
