I keep having to turn on the remote start option in the climate setting. I’d say every few days but I’m not keeping track as of now. But I’ll start paying attention to how often it resets.

Any idea what’s resetting this?

This is what happened to me when I got the free trial, so there was no way I was going to pay $300 for it.

I don’t know what makes it reset every few days. It was a major frustration for me too. However I did notice that after I bought it, I’ve had to reset it MUCH less often. I think I’ve only had to re enable it once this entire winter. You still on a trial?

Happens to me all the time. Still bought it because it’s a must have in the summer. Hopefully this gets fixed through SW update at some point.

Was already reset yesterday. So that’s 1 day since I turned it back on.

I literally got remote start to work ONE time during my 1-month trial, and it was only when I was testing to see if it actually worked. I never got it to remote start when I actually needed it.

Is any one else getting this error? For remote start I just started getting error as of two days ago and it’s like half working now.

I get some version of that when the car decides the battery is too low to autostart. Which I find it ridiculous because the battery charges when the car is running so...

Mine won’t remote start when fuel level is low, just an interesting thing I recently found

How low is "low"? Low as in the warning light is on?

Yep. Under 50 miles when you start getting the notice on the dash.

I wonder if it's related to being trial version. We purchased it as part of our options and it's worked since Day 1, though I rarely use the fob or button on the app. I have it scheduled to use the Set Departure Time every morning. I just wish I could add more than 2 schedules. I leave different times each morning so I used two schedules for that. I'd like to be able to schedule my drive home also.

It has actually worked since I made this post. So strange.

Mine still resets every couple days. Fully purchased in Remote start in January. So annoying.
