Switching from non-run-flat to run-flats - does wheels matter?
My other question about getting a 230i :-)
I do NOT want the msport package however I prefer run-flat tires. In the current model, If I try to choose 18 inch run flats, it automatically adds the msport package too. If I get the non-run-flats now, can I replace them to run-flats in a couple of years? Are these tires compatibles with the wheels and you can switch between run-flats and non-run-flats ? |

The wheels make no difference on whether the car has run flats or non run flat tires. Just get new tires in the same size as stock.
P.S. Run flats suck as a tire. Stiff ride and less grip then non run flats.
