2014 X5 Xdrive 35i (F15)

New to BMW. Found an 2014 X5 for what seems to be a good price…90k miles and under $15,000. On the test drive I heard creaks going over speed bumps. Sounds like the control arms from what I read. Is it worth it knowing I will have to spend some money to get those replaced as soon as I buy it?

Best to post in the F15 forum as relatively few folks here would have experience with them.
