X1 U11 Rear Windows don't fully open - Normal?

Hey All,

Just wanted to check if it was normal for the X1 rear windows not to fully open, I wasn't sure if the limit's on the window needed a reset or if this is normal? If anyone can advise please.

The rear window won't go any further down than the image above.

Many vehicles from other manufacturers also limit rear windows from opening all the way. I’ve had several Acura’s that worked that way as well

I just looked at SNAP SHADE website & while they have a price set they say they are either “out of stock” or “have yet to design rear side window shades for new X1.”

Do you have an ordering # or part # ?

It's showing as in stock and available for me. Not sure if that's just due to geo-location, I'm in Australia.
