EZpass Placement on 2024 X2

I just got my X2 this week and was wondering where to place the ezpass. On the dotted area around the mirror?

Thanks

Place it away from dotted area (not on it) & at the top of passenger’s side of front screen.

That's where I have mine on my X1; works fine.

I keep mine in the console area under the arm rest. No issues. I hate extra things stuck to my windshield.

you don't need the E-ZPass adhered to the windshield at all. you can have it in the glovebox and it will still read your account. if your car's plate is registered to the E-ZPass you technically don't even need it in the car since it's reading your plate number

I thought I could only rely on the plate as well but got a bill a few months ago when my decades old transponder finally died. The car and plate was registered correctly with the account.
