Hello.
I bought a very nice X1 30e from Germany to ship it to Egypt.
While inspected at Hamburg port, it gave the following error code: SME FAULT CODE 21F04B +HV laag 1%.

My two questions are:
1- what is this code? Is it a software thing, or the battery is faulty?

2- is it possible in Hamburg that a certified dealer pick up the car, fix it under warranty and return back to the shipping company?

I haven’t come across this personally but a quick search showed this is to do with the cell management. See attached link even though it’s dated 2017 it applies to PHEV’s
